Charter on Citizens’ Rights
This Charter is drawn up with the objective of realizing and promoting citizens’ rights as the “Plan and Policy” of the Government (the subject matter of Article 134 of the Constitution). It is signed by the president of Iran on Dec 19, 2016. Charter on Citizens’ Rights encompasses a set of citizens’ rights that are either already recognized in the Iranian legal system or that the Government will exert stringent and pervasive efforts for their recognition, creation, realization and enforcement by amending and developing the legal system and by preparing and pursuing enactment by the legislature of bills to be submitted by the Government in this respect, or by taking any other measure or legal action required.

منشور حقوق شهروندی
این منشور با هدف استیفا و ارتقای حقوق شهروندی و در راستای برنامه و خط‌مشی دولت (موضوع اصل ۱۳۴ قانون اساسی)، تنظیم شده و در ۱۲۰ ماده در تاریخ ۲۹ آذر ۱۳۹۵ به امضای رییس جمهور رسیده است. منشور حقوق شهروندی شامل مجموعه‌ای از حقوقی است که در منابع نظام حقوقی ایران شناسایی شده‌اند و دولت برای تحقق و اجرای آن‌ها از طریق اصلاح و توسعه نظام حقوقی و تدوین و تصویب لوایح قانونی لازم، تلاش جدی خود را معمول خواهد داشت. برای دستیابی به این هدف همکاری همه قوا و دستگاه‌ها و همچنین مشارکت مردم ضروری است
